  • We reviewed for the To Kill A Mockingbird test -- Wednesday
HW: last journal entry of the quarter (due Wed) -- reflect on the critical theory we discussed. the idea that the text might be sending sexist and/or racist messages -- did it occur to you when you read it? why or why not? reflect on how stories either conceal or reveal a reader's perception of how stereotypes are constructed or manipulated.
